I'm designing a tactical miniatures game of sorts that's played on a square grid and I'm trying to figure out what sort of line of sight system to implement.Īs far as I can tell there's three main philosophies: map dictated line of sight (ie Tannhauser), center to center (ie Descent 1.0), and corner to corner (ie Descent 2.0, Super Dungeon Explore).
